Menopause...
Good news and a link
I am THRILLED to announce that I have signed a deal with Jen Newens of Martin Literary Agency to pitch my memoir Menopausal Mommy, based on my blog of the same name (LINK HERE). This is the ONE thing I wanted from 2025, as I KNOW the issue of late parenthood and pregnancy is a huge thing right now and, when I was pregnant, I was looking for memoirs and couldn’t find any so I wrote my own. Cross your fingers that someone wants to publish it!
I’m also working on my next book, a series of essays culled from my blog, InnerSpeace (now this one), dating back to 2000. Faith, music, youthful ambition, love, divorce, dogs, the Lower East Side and Greenwich Village and Hoboken and Jersey City, driving around the country with an acoustic guitar, searching for mission and self in all of the right (and wrong places). I’ll be posting excerpts on my PATREON page which you can be a part of for only $5 a month.
In the meantime, my friend Paul Schatzkin just sent me this. Advocacy in menopausal research and rights is a real thing. I’m on it.

Thanks for the shout out!
